Are you looking to apply your skills within an inclusive mainstream school but with a specific focus in supporting children within an internal adapted provision?
A provision which allows children to thrive, receive specific relevant skills as well as feel part of a large Junior setting.
We are looking to appoint 2x dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and supportive Junior school team.
The successful candidates will work closely with the SENDCO and within The Den (Internal Adapted Provision) - to support pupils with diverse educational needs, helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment where all children can thrive and achieve.
Inglewood Junior School was recently inspected (May 2026), and we are committed to building on our many strengths and maintaining our focus on providing the very best education for all pupils.
We are seeking someone who:
• Has experience working within a Junior/Primary school setting
• Is committed to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills
• Can work independently and use initiative
• Is calm, caring and adaptable
• Has knowledge or experience of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
