A strong  commitment to inclusion, relational practice and high aspirations for all learners is vital.

The Gillford Centre PRU provides education and support for pupils aged 5–16 who require alternative provision due to social, emotional and mental health needs and
other barriers to learning.

The successful candidate will:

• Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families and professionals.
• Demonstrate resilience, flexibility and a solution-focused approach.
