Due to the continued growth and expansion of our wonderful maintained nursery school, Frizington Nursery School is delighted to invite applications for a passionate and dedicated Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner / Teaching Assistant to join our exceptional team.

The Role
We are offering between 25 hours per week for the right candidate. Additional overtime opportunities may also be available.

As a Keyworker, you will:
•    Build positive and nurturing relationships with children and families.
•    Support children’s learning and development through high-quality interactions and play.
•    Create an inclusive, stimulating, and enabling environment.
•    Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional Early Years provision.
•    Contribute to the continued success and development of our nursery school.

We are looking for someone who:
•    Holds an NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years.
•    Has GCSE Mathematics and English (or equivalent).
•    Is passionate about Early Years education and child development.
•    Demonstrates experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
•    Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Works effectively as part of a team.
•    Builds positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
•    Has high expectations for every child.
•    Shows initiative, enthusiasm, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
•    Maintains a professional approach and shares our values and vision.
