About the Role
As our Year 2 Class Teacher, you will take responsibility for leading an eager, wonderful class of children through a pivotal year in their primary education. You will create a vibrant, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels secure, encouraged, and motivated to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver creative, high-quality Key Stage 1 lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
• Foster a positive, nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and independence.
• Monitor child progress and use assessment constructively to support ongoing academic and personal growth.
• Collaborate closely with Year 2 colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure a seamless learning journey for every child.
