Midday Supervisor
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (Term Time Only)
Hours: 5 hours per week, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday]
Salary: Cumberland Pay Scale PCD 3: £24,796 (A) FTE per annum (plus the living wage supplement). Hourly rate £13.45 working 38 weeks. Term Time.

Stoneraise School is looking for an enthusiastic and caring Midday Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will play a central part in making lunchtime an enjoyable, active, and social part of the school day by supporting sports, play, and outdoor games.

About the Role
We are looking for someone who loves engaging with pupils and encouraging active outdoor play. As a Midday Supervisor, you will lead activities, supervise meals, and help maintain a safe, kind, and supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead and support play, outdoor sports, and traditional games on the playground during lunchtimes.
•    Encourage social interaction, teamwork, good manners, and positive behaviour.
•    Supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
•    Manage minor playground disputes with a calm, fair, and positive approach.
•    Work collaboratively with our lunchtime support team and wider school staff.
