Cumberland Council is undertaking an informal consultation on 22 Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) proposals as part of the North Cumberland Speed Limit Review.
The consultation will run from 17 August 2026 to 7 September 2026 and gives residents, businesses and other interested parties an opportunity to review the proposals and submit comments.
All responses received will be considered before deciding whether the proposals should progress to the formal TRO process. Any proposals taken forward will then be subject to a statutory consultation and public advertisement later in the year.
