Discover the physical and social benefits of walking as part of a group with Cumberland Council's free programme of Wellbeing Walks.
All walks are on good paths but please wear sensible footwear and clothing for conditions on the day.
Walks take place fortnightly on Wednesdays at 10.30am and are between 60 and 90 minutes in length.
Places on each walk must be pre-booked and spaces on each walk are limited. All walks depart promptly.
To book please contact Cumberland Council on 07935 001511 or email [email protected]
After the final walk in this current programme, our Wellbeing Walks will resume in September 2026.
To receive the new Autumn and Winter 2026 programme and be added to the Wellbeing Walks mailing list for future updates, please contact us using the methods above.
