Discover the physical and social benefits of walking as part of a group with Cumberland Council's free programme of Wellbeing Walks.
All walks are on good paths but please wear sensible footwear and clothing for conditions on the day.
Walks take place fortnightly on Wednesdays at 10.30am and 1pm and are between 60 and 90 minutes in length.
Places on each walk must be pre-booked and spaces on each walk are limited. All walks depart promptly.
To book please contact Cumberland Council on 07935 001511 or email wellbeingwalkscarlisle@cumberland.gov.uk
