Make-up of Carlisle City Council after Thursday 6 May 2021 Election
By-Elections were held in the following three wards:
- Cathedral and Castle
- Harraby South and Parklands
- Newtown and Morton North
There was a 27.10% overall turnout and three Carlisle City Councillors were elected.
