The deadline for the next round of funding from the Carlisle West Community Panel is 8 May. The deadlines for subsequent funding rounds are 15 August, 31 October and 6 February 2026.

Panel priorities
The priorities for the Carlisle West Community Panel are:
- The environment (Biodiversity and enhancing natural spaces; Promoting pride in our local area)
- Crime and antisocial behaviour (Reducing antisocial behaviour; Community safety)
- Housing (Empty and underused residential and business properties; Affordable residential and business rents; Working in partnership with Registered Social Landlords)
- Community facilities and support (Supporting community facilities; Supporting access to health and wellbeing; Strengthening communication)
- City and town centres (Supporting community facilities, activities, and events; Public realm; Accessibility and connectivity)
