It must however relate to 1 one or more of the 4 licensing objectives.

Licence reviews are listed on licence applications and reviews.

What we will do

If a licensed premises causes problems, we will try to resolve them informally first.

If the complaint is not frivolous, vexatious or repetitive, we will hold a hearing.

After the hearing, we can:

  • take no action
  • add extra conditions to the licence
  • suspend all or part of the licence for up to 3 months
