What we will do
If a licensed premises causes problems, we will try to resolve them informally first.
If the complaint is not frivolous, vexatious or repetitive, we will hold a hearing.
After the hearing, we can:
- take no action
- add extra conditions to the licence
- suspend all or part of the licence for up to 3 months
