How Housing Payments are paid

If your application for Housing Payments is successful, we will arrange payment based on your circumstances.

Payments are normally made every four weeks in arrears by BACS. They may be:

combined with a Housing Benefit payment
paid directly to your landlord

Overpayments

Any overpaid Housing Payments will be recovered.

An invoice will be issued to you or the person who received the payment. Your decision letter will explain how to request a review
