Cumberland Council has launched a new specialist support service for adults who are d/Deaf, hard of hearing, or living with dual sensory loss (deafblindness).
From today, unpaid carers are able to access universal services across Cumberland. This means that, wherever someone lives in our area, they’ll have access to the same level of help and advice.
