A multi-million pound project, which will improve pedestrian and vehicle access in a key area of Carlisle’s city centre, is set to reach another important milestone.
Following an incident in Hugh Street, Whitehaven on New Year’s Eve (31 December), support continues to be provided to affected residents and emergency services remain on site.
