Northeast winds up to 8 m/s will exacerbate the dangerous conditions. RSTs should climb above freezing by 11:30 this morning, transitioning road conditions from icy to wet and slushy. Clear skies this morning will give way to increasing cloud cover, becoming overcast by evening. RSTs expected to drop below freezing again around 22:00 tonight.
