Based on the 28 December 07:00 forecast: Currently clear but rapidly clouding over to overcast conditions. Slushy and wet road conditions this morning with extremely poor grip developing - minimum grip of 0.19 expected around 09:00. RSTs above zero initially but crossing below freezing around 17:30 this evening. Icy conditions will develop overnight with RSTs falling to -4.8°C by dawn tomorrow.
