As part of the programme, 300 young volunteers who apply to become JOY Makers will receive:
- CV and interview skills training

- personal development support
- 3 months of mentoring from professionals working in sectors such as event management, sport, and marketing
The programme combines training and mentoring with hands-on experience at a major international sporting event.
