Large vehicle and pedestrian permits
Our Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC) are just for householders to use. The permit scheme makes sure that no trade waste is taken there.
If you're walking to one of our sites you'll need a permit so we can keep you safe.
Find out when you need a permit and how to apply for one.
Other HWRCs across Cumbria
You can use any HWRC in Cumbria, wherever you live - for example if you live in Keswick your nearest recycling centre might be at Flusco, near Penrith in the Westmorland and Furness Council area.
