Club premises certificate

Once your application has been approved, you must:

• keep the certificate (or a certified copy) on the premises at all times
• produce your certificate (or a certified copy) to any police constable or person we have authorised
• prominently display, at the premises, Part B (the summary)
• notify and apply to us for any variation in activities, conditions and alteration to the premises
