Changes and variations to premises licence
If you have a premises licence, you can apply to make changes to it. There are 2 types of variations.

To make changes, you will need to complete and submit the relevant application form.
Major variations
Major changes such as changing the structure, hours or licensable activities.

Notification of your variation application
You must advertise your application for a minor variation on your premises for 10 working days. It must be displayed in a public area, on your premises.
