Premises licence

Your application must include:

• a clear and legible plan of the premises
• consent from the designated premises supervisor (if alcohol will be sold or supplied)
• proof of your right to work in the UK

You will also need to provide details of your operating schedule including:

• opening hours
• times of licensable activities
• how you will meet the 4 licensing objectives
