Gambling premises licences and permits

If your premises licence has lapsed within the last 6 months, you can apply for reinstatement.

You'll need to:

• complete the reinstatement form (including for vessels)
• provide a copy of the original licence (or explain why it's not available)
• give notice to some responsible authorities (we can provide a list)

You do not need to advertise publicly.

After you've applied

After your application is considered, we will send you a:

• notice of grant or rejection
• summary of the decision
• licence with annexes detailing any conditions
