Below is a list of home care providers that have been appointed to deliver care to eligible residents. To be appointed to this list, home care providers have to demonstrate to the council their ability to deliver high-quality and person-centred care.
You can use this list to look through information submitted by these home care providers, which includes information on their background as a care company, the services they offer and their contact details.
Each page also contains a link to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) website where you can check the rating given to each home care Provider.
If your care is being arranged by the council or you are in receipt of direct payments, your practitioner (likely to be your social worker) can support you to access these pages.
If the council is arranging your care, a shortlist of home care providers who have indicated they can support you will be drawn up. You can then look through the relevant pages based on the shortlist provided.
