We are seeking to appoint a professional, highly motivated and organised SEND Support Officer.

This is a new opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and visionary individual to work closely with and to support the work of the SENDCo and the provision of SEND at St Benedict’s Catholic High School. We are looking for a candidate who has drive, passion and the ability to work flexibly.  The successful candidate will work with the SENDCo to promote an inclusive curriculum and ensure that all SEND pupils have appropriate and effective support.

We are seeking to appoint a professional, highly motivated and organised Cover Supervisor.

The post will require you to cover for the short term absence of teaching staff, taking sole charge of a group of students, who will learn by carrying out pre-prepared work under your supervision. The primary focus will be to maintain good order and to keep students on task.  The post may require you to undertake the role of a Tutor and be responsible for a Tutor Group. 

This is a permanent part time post 32.5 hours per week term time only (46.6 weeks).
