Forecast: Currently very cold with RSTs down to -6°C in places during the morning. Ice and frost present across much of the network. Clear spells this morning giving way to increasing cloud through the afternoon. RSTs rising above zero by early afternoon. Dry through the day. Turning overcast this evening with possible snow developing in paces after midnight. RSTs falling back below zero from 00:30. Wet/damp roads becoming icy and wet. Winds strengthening to fresh south-southeasterly, reaching 15 m/s. Potential for some snow continuing into tomorrow morning. Snow amounts and exact timing and distribution may vary locally.
