Forecast: Partly cloudy this afternoon before clear spells develop this evening, allowing road surface temperatures to cross below freezing at 17:00. Clear conditions overnight will see RSTs plummet to -6°C by 05:00 tomorrow morning, creating severe icing conditions. With minimal rainfall of up to 0.3mm, wet road surfaces will transition to icy and slushy conditions. Grip will reduce significantly to dangerous levels of 0.33 by mid-morning tomorrow.
