General Synopsis
Storm Brem, currently centered over western Ireland, will move northeast this evening into the area between Britain and Iceland, spreading unsettled weather across northern parts of the UK. By Wednesday, the low-pressure center will shift toward the Norwegian Sea as a weak ridge begins to develop. Minimum temperatures will range from +4.7 to +7.6°C. The prolonged rain affecting the region today will ease by the afternoon, especially in the south. On Wednesday, light rain or drizzle may occur in some areas. Winds will be from the southeast, with gusts reaching 40–55 mph, strongest along the coast. Visibility may be reduced in periods of rain and due to hill fog.
