You need to first gain planning permission before you can apply for a permit to build a new estate road junction.

After you apply
A compliance officer will carry out a site inspection. We will then contact you with details of how to pay the application fee.
A permit to carry out the work will be issued to your contractor. They must agree with us a suitable:
- start date
- duration of works
- plan for traffic management
