Street naming and numbering fees
Fees apply to most street naming and numbering applications. The amount you pay depends on the type of request and, for developments, the number of properties involved.
These charges apply from 1 April 2025.

| Changes to new developments after approval | Changes to street names or property numbers after initial approval | £174 plus £11 per unit over 10 |
