Ukraine Permission Extension scheme
If you are living in the UK under one of the Ukraine schemes, you may be able to stay for longer through the Ukraine Permission Extension (UPE) scheme.
Who this applies to
This may apply if you:
- are Ukrainian, or a family member of a Ukrainian national
- are living in the UK
- have permission under one of the Ukraine schemes
Extending your stay
The UPE scheme allows eligible people to apply to stay in the UK for longer after their current permission ends.
You must apply before your current permission expires.
