What you need to know before you apply for a premises licence, including what is termed a licensable activity and who can apply.
Notify us of an interest in a licensed premises
You can notify us of your interest in a licensed premises, if you are a:
- company
- business
- individual
Who can apply
Anyone with a property interest in the premises can apply. This includes:
- the freeholder/leaseholder
- a legal mortgagee
- a person in occupation of the property
It is not a legal requirement to register your interest.
