Costs and fees
Fees are payable for certain residential sites classed as relevant protected sites under the Mobile Home Act 2013. This includes:
- application for a new site licence
- annual site inspection (fee charged per pitch)
- transfer of licence
- amendment of licence conditions
- publish site rules with the council

The fee depends on:
- the number of pitches on the site
- how often we will need to inspect the site
