We have two approved providers of the mandatory Safeguarding Awareness training for taxi drivers. You can complete the training through either provider.
Spectrum Courses
1. Register an account with Spectrum Courses
2. Once you have signed in, select Cumberland: Safeguarding Compliance Course for TAXI/PHV Badge applicants
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to purchase the course and start your training. If you need help, use the Help button.
Taxi Plus
You can book and attend a Safeguarding Awareness training session with Taxi Plus.
Training will be delivered using Zoom (online video conferencing system).
