Carlisle Central Zones Review

Cumberland Council is currently conducting a review of the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) within Carlisle Central Parking zones.

As part of this process, proposals have been developed and will be consulted on during this informal consultation stage. We invite you to provide feedback on these proposals by emailing [email protected]. 

Please label your correspondence “Carlisle Central Zones TRO" and include the relevant proposal number. The deadline for submitting your comments is Friday 8th May 2026.
