A local land charge search can include LLC1, CON29R and CON29O enquiries. These can be submitted separately or together, depending on the information you need.
LLC1
LLC1 is the official certificate of search.
It covers registerable charges, including:

- Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs)
- conditional planning consents
CON29R
CON29R covers standard enquiries about the property or land, including:
- planning history
- building control history
- highway status
- notices issued by the local authority
- radon gas assessments
CON29O
CON29O covers optional enquiries. These can include:
