Cumberland Council is seeking a proactive
and organised Business Support
Administrator to join our People Directorate, supporting
Adults. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
fast-paced environment and enjoys making a positive impact
through efficient administrative support. Youll be responsible
for taking minutes in statutory safeguarding meetings as well as
meeting set ups and mailbox management, supporting the
safeguarding team as well as wider adult social care with a range
of administrative duties, actioning case closures on IAS system,
filing and record management. Youll be an integral part of our
busy, hard-working, friendly team.
Were looking for candidates with NVQ Level
2 or 3 (or equivalent experience), strong minute-taking
abilities, excellent time management, proficiency in ICT, strong
literacy skills and a flexible attitude.
