Join Cumberland Council as a Senior Social
Worker and make a real difference in adult social care.

experienced professional to join our Long-Term Assessment and
Review teams. Youll carry out strengths-based assessments,
support safe hospital discharges, and help individuals achieve
their most independent outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity
to work collaboratively across health, social care, and community
sectors, shaping person-centred support plans that truly make an
impact.
To succeed, youll need a recognised Social
Work qualification, registration with the relevant professional
body, and substantial post-qualification experience. In return,
