The successful candidate will:
·      Take responsibility for the pupils’ welfare, safety and supervision during the lunch break.
·      Encourage good behaviour amongst students.
·      Assist with cleaning duties.

Previous experience is desirable however full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Governors of St James’ C of E Junior School would like to appoint an enthusiastic, skilled, part-time teaching assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs. The post will be fixed term until 31st August 2025 due to fluctuating pupil numbers and variable SEND requirements but could be extended depending on funding.  Working hours will be from 8.45 a.m. until 3.15 p.m., 2 days per week (to be agreed).

Site Manager / Caretaker

Brampton Primary School is seeking to appoint a Site Manager/Caretaker from November 2024.

Hours: Negotiable (up to 20 per week)
Salary Scale:  £12.38 per hour 

Working hours may be negotiated however, starting time would be 7am each day from Monday to Friday. 

We are incredibly proud of our school and we want you to be personally invested in that alongside us. They will be required to act as the main key holder for the school and attend alarm activations out of hours as required. They need to comply with the requirements of health and safety at work regulations.
