We are seeking a Senior Finance and Admin Officer to work across both of our schools supporting our Director of Finance and Operations in processing day to day finance and payroll activities.  You will be responsible for delivering end to end processes from order to invoicing to preparing bank payments, including monthly reconciliation, and sending invoices out for the services we provide (meals, extended services) and managing communications with other schools and groups who use our facilities.  You will oversee income into the school from parents and students and our petty cash arrangements.  You will also manage payroll using our Sage Payroll to ensure staff are paid promptly and accurately and support the preparation and monitoring of budgets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
