Permanent, part time Site Supervisor

Start date 23rd  February 2026.

OP5 £25,989 per annum, pro rata , full year

15 hrs per week split across the mornings and afternoons

Due to the retirement of the current postholder, we are looking to appoint a site supervisor to join our dedicated team here at Maryport CE Primary School. The successful candidate needs to be flexible, reliable, self-motivated and have a range of practical skills needed to support the running of a large, busy school building and grounds.

A good understanding of Health and Safety requirements is necessary, although training will be provided. The role requires someone who is capable of using their initiative and undertaking small projects. In addition, there will be security and keyholder responsibilities.

Hours of work are 15 per week, usually worked between 7am-8am and 3.30-5.30 (with some variation on this on Wednesdays). Two weeks annual leave can be taken during term time if desired and is not limited to the school holidays.

The governors of Maryport CE Primary School are seeking to appoint a qualified and committed Teaching Assistant to support learning in our rapidly expanding Early Years provision.  

PCD5 - £25,989 per annum, pro-rata, 32.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.30am-3.30pm, term time only.

We are looking for a person who:
-    Is level 2 or 3 Early Years qualified, preferably with Paediatric First Aid
-    displays a strong commitment to promoting children’s development and learning in an Early Years setting
-    is flexible and works well as part of a team
-    is motivated and enthusiastic about working with children
-    is committed to supporting the Christian ethos and values of the school

The Governors of Maryport Church of England Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, talented and highly motivated teacher to join our friendly, dedicated and hard-working team. The position is being initially offered on a temporary basis due to fluctuating pupil numbers and is for the summer term 2026 31st August 2026. There is some flexibility to run this post as 3 full days or to distribute the hours across the week.

Kitchen Team Member

 Permanent Part Time Kitchen Team Member 

Salary: OP1 (FTE salary £24, 413 pro rata, £12.65 per hour) Hours: 11.30am – 1.30 pm Monday to Friday term time only (10 hours per week)

Wigton Nursery and Infant School is a friendly and vibrant school. The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic kitchen team member to join the kitchen team to support smooth service during lunchtimes.
