The Role
As an HLTA at Orgill, you will play a key role in school life. You will:
•    Support pupils across the school, both in class and through pastoral care 
•    Step confidently into the classroom to supervise or lead learning when required 
•    Deliver engaging learning experiences and contribute to high-quality teaching 
•    Use ICT creatively to enhance pupil progress and engagement 
•    Work closely with teachers, families, and professionals to support every child 
•    Support pupils with additional needs, including those with SEND 
•    Take on a variety of responsibilities that make each day rewarding and different

We are looking for someone who:
•    Meets HLTA national standards (or has equivalent experience and expertise) 
•    Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) 
•    Has strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills 
•    Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships 
•    Is organised, proactive, and highly motivated 
•    Is committed to high standards and helping all pupils reach their full potential 
•    Has experience working across the primary age range 
•    Has an interest or experience in supporting pupils with SEND 
•    Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
