As the Specialist Resourced Provision Lead, you will:

We are looking for an outstanding individual to take on the role of Resident Graduate Assistant, supporting the Head of Boarding in supervising and organising activities for our boarders. Lairthwaite Boarding House is a co-educational building with an approximate ratio of 50:50 boys to girls. Our boarders are between the ages of 11-18, and they join us from all over the world.

The role involves a range of responsibilities, including daytime, evening and weekend duties. A genuine commitment to ensuring the best possible experience for our boarders is essential, as is the ability to combine strong organisational skills with a warm and inclusive approach. It would be advantageous for an applicant to have a full drivers license, their own vehicle, and the ability/willingness to drive a minibus.

Required at the earliest opportunity, a full-time Teaching Assistant to work within our successful English department. The role will predominately involve directed time with pupils in order to support the learning of pupils within English lessons, along with some administrative duties.
