Seaton Academy is a friendly and vibrant school. The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and well organised receptionist and school administrator to join our dedicated team to run the main school office.

The successful candidates will play a key role in undertaking reception duties as well as supporting teaching staff and the senior leadership team in a range of specific and general administrative tasks.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience of working in a school or other forward-facing office-based environment.

Trust Finance Officer

We have an exciting opportunity working with the central Finance team to support the delivery and implementation of our strategic and operational financial plans and objectives and ensure all our academies/schools and budget holders can access an effective service. This is a very varied and demanding role with scope for development and you will be exposed to a variety of financial tasks, working within statutory financial guidelines and requirements. You will be expected to contribute to developments in our finance service offering to our academies/schools and build effective professional working relationships with employees at all levels.

Experience of working in finance is preferred for this role, but strong communication, organisation and IT skills and an enthusiastic, proactive, professional approach are equally important in this very busy and demanding role.

The ideal candidate will:

•    Be able to work on own initiative, think independently and be creative in contributing to a supportive environment where you can learn new skills.
