Part Time Teaching Assistant (Fixed Term to 31st August 2027
 

30hrs 50min week (8.50am – 3.30pm), term-time plus 1 week (39 weeks/year)

We require an enthusiastic, professional and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and forward thinking team to provide one to one support for pupils. Initially required to 31st August 2027. (With the possibility of becoming permanent).

The successful candidate will offer:

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Teaching Assistant to provide 1: 1 and small group support in classes for students with a Special Education Need or Disability.  You need to have good literacy and numeracy skills and a relevant NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification; appropriate experience as a Teaching Assistant would be preferred.  This is a part time term time only post fixed term to 17th July 2026 in the first instance dependant on student numbers in September 2026.

NJC Scale 4 £26,403 - £28,142 per annum pro rata (actual salary £19,235 - £20,502 based on 46.6 weeks)
