We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic teacher of English who will inspire our students and help to develop effective learning across the full age and ability range.  Our vacancy is for full- or part-time teacher on a permanent contract starting in September 2024.

Our well-resourced department and team of English professionals have a record of achieving outstanding results for our students.  The promotion of literacy skills and emphasis of verbal and written communication across the curriculum is also a key part of the work of the department.

This is an ideal opportunity for either an ECT or experienced teacher with a passion for English to enhance the opportunities and experiences of students at Caldew School.  The successful candidate will receive support through the school’s comprehensive ECT and CPD programme.

Kirkbampton CE Primary is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work with one of our pupils who has Literacy needs. Applicants must have a good standard of English and Maths to be able to support an upper KS2 pupil. This role is for 15 hours a week, and the working hours are 9.00 to 12.00, Monday to Friday. The post is term time only, plus 5 inset days.

We are a friendly and supportive workplace. You will be joining a team of people who are very good at their jobs, work hard, but know how to look after each other and enjoy being together.
