Teaching Assistant

Part Time Teaching Assistant (Fixed Term to 31st August 2027
 

30hrs 50min week (8.50am – 3.30pm), term-time plus 1 week (39 weeks/year)

We require an enthusiastic, professional and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and forward thinking team to provide one to one support for pupils. Initially required to 31st August 2027. (With the possibility of becoming permanent).

The successful candidate will offer:

•    a proven ability to work effectively and flexibly as part of a team.
•    experience of supporting pupils with additional needs with their learning.
•    a relevant Level 2 qualification.
•    excellent maths, English, and communication skills.

The Directors of the Mater Christi Trust and Governors of St Margaret Mary Catholic Primary School in Carlisle are looking to appoint an energetic and compassionate Headteacher to shape a positive and ambitious future for the school. Salary: Group 2,  Leadership Pay Range  £71,330 - £82,654 per annum.
