About this opportunity

Reablement Support Workers will be responsible for working with people identified with reablement needs to ensure key accountabilities.

Driving licence is essential. 

 

Job Accountabilities:

  • Reablement goals/outcomes are met in accordance with the reablement plan.
  • Any additional goals/outcomes are identified which may improve quality life and promoting independence are identified during the reablement episode.
  • Feedback about additional identified goals/outcomes is fed back to the Reablement and Assessment Officer.
  • Clear and timely communication with the Reablement and Assessment Officer in relation to the individuals identified goals/outcomes being met.
  • Close team working within a small dedicated team of reablement support workers, communicating effectively about progress or concerns in achieving goals.

We are looking for a Midday Supervisor to join our established catering team to start as soon as possible.  

Caldew is a well-established secondary school in the Dalston area of Carlisle.  We have over a thousand students to whom we provide an outstanding in-house catering service.  We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team, preferably with experience of working in a busy food or educational environment but personalised training will be provided to ensure you have the tools to complete the role to a required standard.

At Caldew we have a small group of dedicated supervising midday staff who support behaviour standards in the dining area of school.  The provision is supplemented by support from the existing teaching and support staff team to manage the wider lunchtime experience for students.  We are looking to recruit a midday supervisor with a friendly and professional outlook to ensure that the experience of students is efficient and safe. This is a vital role in a fast-paced environment.
